(d) If you are a resident of one of our service apartments:
(i) carry out checks in accordance with good practice;
(ii) prepare the î rental documentation and any other documents that may be required;
(iii) perform the administration of the î lease;
(iv) carrying out financial transactions, such as payments for the period of stay;
(v) communicate with you changes and development î within Plus Real Estate policies, terms and conditions, and other administrative information;
(vi) any other purpose relating to any of the above.
(e) If you use our storage facilities:
(i) carry out checks in accordance with good practice;
(ii) process your application for î rental of storage facilities;
(iii) prepare the î deposit rental documentation and any other documents that may be required
(iv) perform the administration of the î lease;
(v) carry out financial transactions, such as payments for î rental of storage facilities;
(vi) communicating with you changes and developing Plus Real Estate policies, terms and conditions and other administrative information; and
(vii) any other purpose relating to any of the above.
(f) if you are a v â salesperson, a potential v â salesperson or an entrepreneur:
(i) evaluate your proposal and perform background checks on you;
(ii) communicate with your seconded personnel, after awarding the contract, who are at our property to perform a job or service and for any emergency and / or security issues; and
(iii) any other purpose relating to any of the above.
(g) If you submit an application for employment:
(i) process your application, including pre-recruitment checks;
(ii) providing or obtaining background check references;
(iii) collect information about your application for the position requested;
(iv) organize training and staff development programs;
(v) evaluate your performance;
(vi) earnings management and payroll processing;
(vii) provide you with the necessary tools to facilitate you or, if necessary, to do your work;
